New Brand Manager for Smith Knight Fay Bury

Smith Knight Fay in Bury has appointed Steve Thomas as brand manager.
Steve has extensive motor industry experience spanning almost 20 years and gained within a number of high quality Northern motor retailers most recently within Pendragon plc.
In his new role, Steve will be responsible for the smooth running of the entire Smith Knight Fay Bury operation with overall responsibility for both sales and after sales areas implementing a seamless customer quality programme through the entire retail experience.
Steve commented: “I aim to provide my sales and after sales team with strong leadership skills that will take us forward as a profitable business that cares equally about its customers and its performance.”
Steve lives in Middlewich, Cheshire with his wife and five children. He enjoys football in his spare time.
